National Suicide Prevention Month
All staff and students are asked to wear the color green, every Tuesday, in the month of September to raise awareness of this stigmatized, and often taboo topic.
September is Suicide Prevention month. Kennedale ISD is leading district-wide initiatives throughout the month highlighting the importance of recognizing signs in others, education on prevention strategies, and how to offer support to those in need. The safety of our students is always our top priority. Thank you for the efforts you put forth to raise awareness for suicide prevention and mental wellness, not only during the month of September but every day.
