Boys Soccer
The boys soccer team lost to Chester on Friday by the score of 4-1. Tyler Bentrewicz scored the Panthers lone goal with 30 seconds left in the game off a nice deflection pass from Tyler Els. The Panthers have an away game today versus Brooklawn.
Coach: Mr. Petrucelli
Girls Soccer
The Lady Panthers lost their first game of the season against Chester on Friday by the score of 2-0. In a game where they dominated play and possession of the ball they just could not create the scoring opportunities they needed to make up the 2 goal deficit. The team will look to get back on track with their final regular season home game today after school against Brooklawn Middle School.
Coach: Mr. Demarest
Girls Field Hockey
Field hockey beat Roxbury 3-1. Two goals were scored by Cassidy North assisted by Abby Prata and Lexi Buchanan. The third goal was scored by Abby Prata assisted by Cassidy North. Madison Candura, Lexi Buchanan and Meg Collins led the team with strong midfield play. Great job girls! Field hockey has a home game today after school.
Coach: Ms. Kozimor
