Creating a Family Tech Plan
We live in a world that depends on screens--for work, education, and entertainment. Navigating through the pitfalls and benefits is not easy! Join us as we explore the effects of technology on the brain and well-being of children. Then, discover ways to empower your family to come up with a plan of how to best use technology in your life.
