CARRY THE LIGHT BOOK GIVEAWAY ~ PRAYER
If you abide in me, and my words abide in you, you shall ask what you will, and it shall be done to you. ~ John 15:7
Prayers may be delayed or not answered because the Lord has something better, is protecting you, or using your circumstances to prepare you for all eternity with CHRIST!
Psalm 121:7 The LORD will keep you from all harm— he will watch over your life.
Romans 8:28 And we know that for those who love God all things work together for good, for those who are called according to his purpose.

1 Peter 4: 1-2 Therefore, since Christ suffered for us in the flesh, arm yourselves also with the same mind, for he who has suffered in the flesh has ceased from sin, 2 that he no longer should live the rest of his time in the flesh for the lusts of men, abut for the will of God.
1 Peter 1:6-7 In all this you greatly rejoice, though now for a little while you may have had to suffer grief in all kinds of trials. 7 These have come so that the proven genuineness of your faith—of greater worth than gold, which perishes even though refined by fire—may result in praise, glory and honor when Jesus Christ is revealed.

WRONG MOTIVES:

Whatever he does prospers.
