To ensure I have the very best health I can every day, I will eat healthy, wake up each morning thinking that I won't have to "struggle through" the day, think about myself in positive ways, and manage stress and anxiety in a positive way.
I have suffered "pain" in the past. I expect "pain" in my future. But, I will react to that "pain" by noting that I shouldn't do what I did to cause myself "pain." I will gain the knowledge that I shouldn't do the thing that caused me pain. As a result, I will be a happier person.
