My Grammar Rant
Nya Lewis
To begin with
Many people make simple mistakes when it comes to writing. Though they may not realize their mistakes, other people are sure to notice. It's very important to take your time and proofread everything you right to make a good impression on your readers. Here are three commonly grammar errors that people make.
Difference between Loose and Lose
Lose is a verb that means to be unable to find.
Our clothes can be loose, or a part of a machine can be loose. This means that the part is not tight in its place.

Commas are needed
Use a comma before any coordinating conjunction (and, but, for, or, nor, so, yet) that links two independent clauses. Use commas to separate items in a series. Use a comma when attributing quotes. Use a comma after a dependent clause that starts a sentence.
Apostrophe usage
Apostrophes are used to show possession and to indicate the omission of letters or numbers.
Main message
Though some grammar mistakes do not seem to be that major that can affect the sentence entirely, and give it a whole new meaning. When trying to be impressive be sure that your grammar matches up with the point you are trying to make.
