Common Problems and Resolutions!
What we found:
In April and May 61% of our vendors sent styles that were Vendor Problems.
How we'll fix it:
As a team, it is our mission to decrease this over the next months by ___%
What we found:
The most common vendor problem is shipment quantity variances, accounting for 35% of total vendor problems.
How we'll fix it:
Shipment quantity variances are an easy fix. We need to partner with the buyers and vendors to assure that any variance to the order quantity is communicated PRIOR to shipment.

Our Goal
So we get it right, a lot of this information looks like bad news. BUT! The good news is, we plan to eliminate vendor problems by being proactive! Once we get the new Vendor Manual sent out, the opportunities for improvements are extremely great. We look forward to what's next!
