Principal's Message
Dear Parents,
Thank you for participating in this week’s Early Release Conferences. We had a great turnout! Much of students’ success may be attributed to parents’ involvement. Involvement may take many forms, including physically volunteering at the school and talking about school and connecting with your students about school at home. One way to connect with students is to talk about what they’re reading and to encourage them to read more. Ask them about where they stand on their Strive for 25 or Fabulous Forty reading goal. Reading impacts every subject.
Nothing is more important than teaching a child to read, especially teaching them to read to learn – J. Alvin Wilbanks, Supt. Of Gwinnett County Public Schools.
Have a great weekend!
Deborah Fusi, Principal
