Counseling Services

The role of a school counselor focuses primarily on prevention programs. These prevention services include; whole school programming, monthly classroom guidance lessons, small behavior-specific groups, consultation with staff members, crisis-intervention and brief solution-focused counseling services. Due to my scope of practice, I am unable to provide on-going and long term mental health services to our students. If you would like information about these services or mental health providers in our area, I would be happy to assist you.

Career Fair- Wednesday, March 29

Our fourth and fifth graders will have the opportunity to learn more about careers and their futures. Mrs. Luebbers and Mr. Hedenberg plan the two-hour event where students rotate between eight different speakers to learn about different occupations, training, and skills required for different careers.

World Language with Senora McClamrock

¡Hola a todos! Hello to all! Here’s a little bit about what’s going on right now in World Language!

Kindergarten and First Grade:

We have been working on colors and shapes in Kindergarten and 1st grade. We have talked about the flags of different Spanish speaking countries and we created a robot out of paper and described the colors and the shapes.
