Let me get some products in your hand before your event! You deserve it.
What do you need to do?
1. Help me to invite your friends. I've found that selecting those you want to attend vs. inviting everyone you know makes a difference. Then, personally reaching out to each one explaining to them why you want to invite them.
2. Host a beverage (coffee, wine, cocktail) and if you want, a small snack, though food isn't necessary. :-) For those who choose a snack, most do something easy like chocolates and strawberries, or cheese and crackers.
3. Remind your friends to RSVP. The day before the event reach out and let them know you are looking forward to seeing them!
4. Let me in to do most of the set up the day of. ;-)
What you can expect from me
My goal is to do most of the work.
Parties in general need only be 90 minutes, but of course can go longer if you like as you continue to socialize before, during and after the event.
I will arrive 45 minutes before the event to set up products. I generally use a full table/countertop to hold all the skincare.
Guests arrive and socialize the first 10-15 minutes. I will then speak to the group for about 20 minutes, offering that critical education piece, and feature a couple favorite products. Please jump in and share anything about your fav products. :-)
The next 20-30 minutes or so the guests can try products they are interested in, or do a mask, etc, if that's the party option you've chosen. I will be there to help guests fine tune their needs and close the party by taking orders.
I will begin clean up after, but of course you and your guests can continue to enjoy your time together. I'll enter orders the next day or so and be reaching out to you to share how many of the awesome hostess benefits you've received, woo hoo!
Inviting- Here's all the info you need!
1. I am happy to help you with the invite and verbage! I've found that personal touch from you is so important.
2. Want to use Facebook? I can create the event and you can add your guests, just let me know! This is fun too as I can post some fun facts and info prior to the event.
3. If you want to send the invites, just let me know. Please utilize the invitation service of your choice (evite, paperless post, or a real PAPER invite!) and please invite me to the event as well. :-) If you would like a Beautycounter photo for your invitation let me know and I can provide!
For the body of of the invite, please share why you are hosting this party/why you think its important for people to know this info and why you love the company or products.

4. Guests who RSVP "no" can still participate in your party, yeah! You can send the online link to your specific party to the guests who rsvp "no", and they can still get their hands on these awesome, safer, beautiful products, all while benefiting your hostess rewards as well.
5. About a week before the event I can send you a cute attachment to text to your guests that reminds them of the event. Reaching out in a few different ways often helps increase the RSVP numbers.
