Animal Abuse!
Mia Salas
What is Animal Abuse
People with emotional problems may beat, shoot, or stab animals or set them on fire. Those who abuse animals are very likely to be violent to other people—even their own family—too.
Neglect is not giving an animal the right food, water, shelter or vet care. Because their misery goes on for so long, animals who die of neglect can suffer just as much as animals who are harmed on purpose.
Who does it affect?
It affects everyone around you. Seeing animals is depressing at it is. Animals should be able to have fun and run around. We shouldn't be seeing animals chained up, starved or being able to see their bones.
Why should this be important for people to see?
We should inform people who abuse their dogs that it is not okay. People should be punished for abusing animals. We should be able to inform this all around the world for people to know. You call animal services to tell them about the abuse you see, or you can help the animal yourself.
Where would this memorial be placed?
This should be placed everywhere. In stores, clinics, everywhere in general. You can even walk around and tell people about it.
My goal for this memorial.
My goal is to inform people that it is not okay to abuse animals or abuse anyone or anything. Animals should have a loving family and a safe environment around them. I want people to help these animals.
