How to prevent the spread of campylobacter

The easiest solution is to not wash raw poultry before cooking it. The spray will spread the bacteria. Instead, simply cooking the poultry should kill off all bad bacteria. Also, make sure to not eat raw or under cooked items, as nothing good can come from it, and campylobacter is mainly food borne. Washing hands before and after preparing raw meat and keeping different animals separate.
