Bigger than Basketball


NBA Cares is the league’s global community outreach initiative that addresses important social issues such as education, youth and family development, and health and wellness. The NBA and its teams support a range of programs, partners and initiatives that strive to positively impact children and families worldwide.

My Mission Statement

NBA Care's is a successful organization built to help the community with different issues such as helping kids in the inner cities stay out of gangs, help rebuilding homes, and helping with health. It also works with other organizations such as Make A Wish, FIT, and helping the environment with recycling. Every NBA team is involved with NBA Cares, they helped donate over 140 million dollars to the organization.
