The first day of track will be informing you of what we will be doing throughout the months of track and will be trying to get you in shape.
Schedule
3:00-3:15 warmups
3:15-3:30 running
3:30-4:00 Figuring out what the new people want to do and practicing that
4:00-4:30 stretching
4:30 End of practice
