Tropism-Involuntary orientation of an organism or one of its parts and has to do with twist, curve, and turn moves or indifferent growth this is a positive or negative response do to a source of stimulation.

Geotropism-The growth of plants with the help of gravity. Upward growth of plant shoots is negative geotropism and the growth of roots is positive geotropism.

Hydrotropism- Growth or movement in an organism toward or away from water as the roots of a plant.

Phototropism- The growth of organisms in response to light. It is most often observed in plants.

Thigmotropism-a movement in which a plant moves or grows in response to tough or contact stimuli.
