About the Performers, Terri and Marion Evans
Terri Evans, former Miss Alabama/Miss America, has sung all over the world, including Broadway (Music Man, A Joyful Noise, Day by Day, Follies), opera and oratorio. Having been a professor of voice and music/opera theater in many universities, including NYU, her knowledge of musicals has given her insight into putting her own shows together, such as “The Music of Downton Abbey.”
Terri’s musical right hand and husband is Marion Evans, a world-reknowned music arranger and composer. He arranged for some of the top singers, including Judy Garland, Eydie Gorme, Steve Lawrence, Tony Bennett and Lady GaGa.
