Summer Reading update
Frisco ISD will no longer assign summer work or reading for any middle or high school course. Therefore, there will be no summer reading assignment for middle school GT ILA. This decision is “hot off the press” and supersedes all previous communication.
Frisco ISD is embracing the importance of allowing students to have breaks from academic work in order to promote positive mental health and balance. Students are encouraged to continue studies of interest, read for pleasure, and have fun over the summer.
We appreciate all you do for kids.

Nurse Solomon
Thank you to those 6th graders who have been turning in their updated immunization records. If your student is up to date with their vaccines, it is very helpful to turn in the updated record before the end of this school year.
Please return screening doctor referrals even if you have decided not to follow up with the physician at this time. Also, if the referral is about an issue that has been known and followed for a while, please contact Nurse Solomon so we can address future school screenings.
