PRINCIPAL'S MESSAGE
Dear Lincoln Parents and Guardians,
We continue to prepare for both remote and full 5-day, in-person learning under the parameters of pandemic guidelines at Lincoln. Scheduling is near completion; rooms have been measured for appropriate social distancing; furniture has been moved to allow for more space; lunch routines are coordinated to allow for 6 foot distancing and mid-period transitioning; room re-assignments are nearly finalized; and, appropriate tech equipment is being reviewed. We check and double check to try to be sure to address any issues before they arise but know that patience and flexibility on the part of all involved will be key in fine-tuning this transition.
I am pleased to offer two open forum Zoom meetings for any parent interested in attending. The online sessions will be next Tuesday and Wednesday (April 6 and 7) at 7pm. Similar to previous parent forums, I will review some of the changes in place for this final transition and will answer questions. Later that week, the information from these sessions will be posted online. I will send parent emails next week with the Zoom links.
Please join me in welcoming Mr. Nicholas Madsen, Instructional Assistant, to our staff. We are glad to have him on board!
