Lesson- Parabolic curves
Stduents used iPad to lcoate images of parabolic curves. Using Educreations, they traced the curve, and then translated this shape into Desmos app to estimate an algebraic equation.
Google Form
Students completed a Google Form to share their image, curve and equation.
Responses (spreadsheet) were shared in class.
Curating content
My curtion tool of choice was LiveBinders -
I like the visual feel of this online tool so I can see the Home page in the link.
Live Binders is easy to setup - I think of the tool as a Binder with Chapters.
It is easy to add new Chapters to a Binder - but too many means the tabs can look confusing and lack organisation so I need to pre-plan for large amounts of data.
