BOARD OF DIRECTORS NOMINATING COMMITTEE
The HSH Bylaws call for the President to appoint a Nominating Committee to canvass membership for interest in a Board of Directors position. In February of each odd numbered year, the Nominating Committee shall nominate a candidate for the offices of President, Vice President, Recording Secretary, Treasurer, Historian, Parliamentarian, and Corresponding Secretary. This year, the names of the nominees must be reported to the President by March 15th (forty-five days prior to the May general meeting). We will vote for the 2019-2021 board at our May 7th meeting.
Currently, one board member is holding two positions: Recording Secretary and Corresponding Secretary/Membership. We’d like to fill one of these positions with an additional person.
Please consider volunteering for a board position. It’s fun and rewarding.
If you are interested in being on the nominating committee, or are interested in serving on the board, please let President Massey know. Email her at info@historicalsocietyofhelotes.org.

Proceeds to benefit the Society and its museum fund.
We are seeking sponsors and volunteers to help with our Gala, and auction items are needed. If you'd like to donate items or help with the event, please contact Rick Schroder at: info@historicalsocietyofhelotes.org.
HISTORIC WALKING TOUR MAP
A Historic Walking Tour Map of Old Town Helotes is now available on the HSH website. You will also find the maps in receptacles in Old Town. The map was co-produced by our Society and the City of Helotes.
