Enrollment for Current 6th and 7th Graders:
Enrollment for the 2021-2022 school year is right around the corner! Our enrollment procedures will look a little different this year.
Our enrollment period will take place throughout the month of March. Be on the lookout for a special enrollment newsletter specific to your child’s grade level and course offerings towards the beginning of March.
Enrollment for Current 8th Graders: Future Freshman
For our 8th graders going to North next year, the North counselors are scheduled to visit your child’s classes on February 22nd and 25th to hand out enrollment packets and information. Details regarding Freshman enrollment can be found here.

Hubs are open from 8:30-3:30. Nurses do go to lunch between 12:45-1:30.
Spring Parent Teacher Conferences 2/25 4:30-8:00pm
The first-ever Middle School Spring Parent/Teacher Conferences are scheduled for the evening of Thursday, February 25. We will host our conferences by phone this spring, following a similar format from the fall. Please check your Monday morning to access links to sign up for a time that may work for you that evening.
Be sure to use the correct link(s) in the email, finding your child's grade level and core teacher or elective teachers. There is a pull-down menu at the top to locate appropriate tabs for grade levels and then teacher's names will appear as tabs.

HIV/AIDS Presentation 6th & 7th Grades & Information Nights
Canceled Time to be Determined for the new meeting
Parents of 6th Grade Students: Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the need for remote learning during the spring of 2020, 5th-grade students were not able to participate in the HIV/AIDS Prevention Education Program. Therefore, during the 2020-2021 school year 6th-grade students will also participate in the HIV/AIDS Prevention Education Program. Please click here for information regarding a 6th grade parent night and previewing the HIV/AIDS & Growth/ Development curriculum prior to it being introduced in their science classes.
Please be on the lookout for an Opt-Out form coming out to 6th and 7th parents - sometime shortly after the district presentation dates.

Future 2021-22 7th Graders (all 6th graders)
Dear Parents/Guardians,
All students must be compliant with the immunization requirements for schools established by the Oklahoma State Department of Health (OSDH) and the State of Oklahoma for the 2021-2022school year.
Your student’s immunization record can be viewed on the Infinite Campus Parent Portal.
If you have updated immunization records, please send them to the email address listed below before the end of school – May 28, 2021.
Please note:
● All students entering the 7th grade in 21-22 school year will be required to provide
documentation of a Tdap booster (Tetanus, Diphtheria, Pertussis) given at age 10 years
or above.

● Your student will not be allowed to pick up their school schedule until all
immunization requirements are met.

Cheyenne Showcase- Students of the Month and Mustang of Character!
