Deloitte Consulting "Business Chemistry" Event
Ever wonder how your personality impacts how you work with a team? Deloitte presents “Business Chemistry,” an interactive workshop that will give you the opportunity to learn about how your working style fits within four predictive personality patterns, and how individuals and teams interact based on business traits and preferences.
Every new Deloitte practitioner participates in this same workshop, and it is often cited as one of the most useful, interesting parts of firm orientation. As such, many Deloitte teams use Business Chemistry to determine how to integrate individual working styles and succeed as a team.
The workshop will be offered on a first-come first-serve basis, facilitated by two certified Deloitte practitioners who are also recent alumni of the College. Participants will be asked to complete a short Business Chemistry assessment prior to the session.
Come experience one of Deloitte’s most exciting workshops and learn more about how to make your personality work for you in the office!
