It was another exceptional weekend for the JAE Cross Country Team! At the regional meet, the team qualified for state! Although several runners were missing due to fall break, the girls came in first place and boys placed third. We continue to be so proud of these students!

Centerstone School-Based Counseling/Mental Health Services at JAE
What is Centerstone?
Centerstone counselors are masters' level clinicians who have received educational training from certified institutions to be therapists/social workers. They are directly supervised by licensed clinicians who are responsible for the therapeutic services provided.
Eligibility Criteria
- Presence of behavioral or emotional problems that interfere with a child's functioning at home, school, and/or community
- Has active TennCare insurance
Benefits of Services in the School Setting
- Early identification and prevention strategies for children
- Ability to conduct assessment of child's functioning levels in a natural setting
- Development of a treatment plan with input from child, teacher and parent
- Developmentally-appropriate strategies
- Strategies/skills integrated into the educational environment
