A Civil War Collection
Use the resources below to help build background knowledge for the Civil War as it pertains to one of the major issues of states rights: slavery. Each resource provides a different perspective about slavery - a slave teenager living on a plantation, an adult slave abolitionist, and children living in the North and South during the mid 1800s.
