K-5 Information
Week of March 9 - 13, 2020
3rd NINE WEEKS ENDS THURSDAY!
McWane This Thursday!
Sack Lunch: Students need to bring their lunch in a sack labeled with their name. Having this done beforehand helps us tremendously with the organization of the trip.
Jackets: Depending on the weather, your child may want to wear a hoodie or a jacket. Please be mindful that when in the museum, they usually get hot and jackets come off. They usually lay them down and they get lost or left. A suggestion might be to wear something they can tie around their waist.
Museum Store: There is a museum store that we will be visiting.
Toys: Students may bring a small toy for the bus ride but will need to bring a string bag or side purse to carry it in.
Snacks: Water and a small snack will be provided for the bus ride home. If you catch any good "buy one, get one" sales on any good snacks, we would greatly appreciate it. :)

Field Trip: 5th Grade Only -- Camp McDowell Field Trip
MARK YOUR CALENDARS: This is an information only notice that grades 5th - 8th are will be taking a trip to Nauvoo, Alabama to Camp McDowell Environmental Center on May 6-8, 2020. The total cost of the entire trip (camp, meals, t-shirt, a buffet at Cici's pizza on the day of our return) will be approximately $200.00. I will know the exact amount once the final number of students has been determined. We will need atleast 30 students to attend to make the trip.
More information will be coming soon. We wanted to get something out so you can plan and your student could start saving or doing more chores :)
