Successful Flyers
Train like a pro flyers and fit4her flyers were successful
Fit4her and train like a pro programs
We have been giving out flyers that have a summarisation of our Fit4Her and Train Like A Pro programs recently. We have given them out to all the people we have talked to recently, from middle school kids to relatives. Recently those two programs have gotten a lot of new customers and we attribute the success to those flyers. So we will try to hand out as many of those flyers as possible from now on. We have also thought about making different flyers for the other programs but have not begun the printing yet. We are excited to see I how this will turn out, I want to her what y'all think of the idea and maybe you can help hand out more flyers.

Christine Michael
Christians Michael, runningback for the Seattle Seahawks, has been training with us since High school where we helped him win the 2009 Walter Payton Trophy for best high school athlete and get a scholarship to Texas A&M, where he won offensive freshman of the year honors. We also helped him train for the NFL combine where he recorded a 4.54s 40, and was 1st in the combine in vertical jump (43"), 3 cone drill (6.69s) and 20 yd shuttle (4.02s), and was 2nd in broad jump (10'5"). He was selected in the 2nd round of the 2013 NFL draft by the Seattle Seahawks, but got little playing time as a 3rd string behind Robert Turbin and Marshawn Lynch. He was traded to the Dallas Cowboys on September 6 2015. He almost made starter for Dallas but was released on November 17 2015. He returned to the Seahawks on December 16 2015, as they were in need of running back help following the injuries of their 1st and 2nd strings Marshawn Lynch and Thomas Rawls. These injuries meant he would be the starter for 4 games until Marshawn Lynch came back. He used his opportunity well, rushing for 84 yards in his first career start, two weeks later beating that against a stout Arizona defense rushing for 102 yards including a 45 yard run, and in his 1st playoff game, a wild card against the Minnesota Vikings he rushed for 70 yards for the win. He was sidelined in the next game as Marshawn Lynch came back from injury. He has a great career ahead of him as a 2nd string now that his talent has been realized. We wish him the best of luck here from APL in his future and hope that he has finally found a home.
