El Nino

El Nino is when an a unusual warm ocean temperatures in the equatorial pacific.
How it affects hurricanes- the El Nino water temperatures are warm around the ocean water so they are warm to make hurricanes, because hurricanes form only over warm water.

La Nina

La Nina is when an a usual cold ocean temperatures in the equatorial pacific.
how it affects hurricanes- because the water is cold and cant be formed over cold water.

Bermuda High

Bermuda High is a high pressure system that sits around the Atlantic ocean during summer.
How it affects hurricanes- because when a hurricane is formed over the ocean it is carried through this system. This Bermuda High system moves it around and circulates around in a circle like this.
