- Absolutely no fried foods, started getting everything grilled, the change that will make is amazing!


- the amount of calories you intake should be dependent on how active you are! If you eat more than what you're body is going through on a daily bases then that will lead in pour results!

-Fruits and vegetables are your friend! You would be amazed with how many vitamins and nutrients are in them!

- When grocery shopping, anything with "High Glucose Corn Syrup" in it is a big no no

-Be very careful when it comes to salad, the dressing can get you!

-Anything processed is a big no! We like the earth and the things it grows! :)

When it comes to it, the best thing for this is definitely yoga! Yoga is a fantastic way to get your body more stretch and flexible! Yoga is great for all athletes! Stretching those muscles like that is the best way to ensure you don't pull anything. If you don't feel like normal yoga is for you then you might want to try "hot yoga"!
