In the winter and spring, buildings tend to have more family events in the evening. Documentation for each event includes: flyers/invitations, sign-ins, agendas/minutes as applicable, surveys for families. The surveys are valuable information from stakeholders to help evaluate the event/program, and support planning for the future. These items should be stored in your Title 1 or Section 31a crates in buildings.
