WWA's Weekly Newsletter
Week of August 15th, 2022
WWA's Mission: “Ensure all students are learning at high levels.”
A Terrific First Week!
Beginning this week students may be dropped off as early as 8:15 AM for morning recess. We look forward to having students playing on the playground before school. When using drop off in the back of the building, please be patient with our staff who are trying to safely cross students onto the playground.
A big thank you to all of our parents for being patient with student drop off and pick up for the first week of school. Drop off went extremely well by Friday morning and most students were dropped off on time. Pick up is still taking a bit longer than usual, so as it works itself out, remember that everyone's patience keeps students and staff safe.
A friendly reminder to all parents there is no parking or stopping on the east side of 43rd St. in an effort to keep traffic moving. Our neighbors greatly appreciate your support in following these traffic laws.
Curriculum Night is an important evening to attend in support of your student. Please plan ahead to be here on the evening of the 23rd. Please see below for times.
Have a great week!
