With a delicious Modlunch planned for tomorrow- we figured you may not want to miss out on the noms or yoga. So, we've switched days for yoga! The class will now take place on THURSDAY 10/22/15 in ModRec.

Join Yoga Instructor Taylee Wilson for a mini on-site mind body relaxation session!

Hey Pittsburgh!


We're officially 3 weeks into to Wellness month and will be offering a mini yoga session TOMORROW in ModRec from 12pm-12:30pm. All employees are encouraged to attend!


Bring your yoga mat and workout gear as we welcome Taylee Wilson to teach a mini beginners stretching and mind-body connection session during your lunch break. Can't stay the entire time? No problem! Feel free to pop in, if even for 5 minutes, and contribute toward your healthy lifestyle goals or changes.


If you do not have time to change, feel free to wear whatever you feel most comfortable in.Extra mats will be provided for those unable to bring one.

A Bit About the Instructor..

Taylee was initially drawn to yoga through Yogi Wade in Ohiopyle years ago. With working a demanding job it was great to have an "escape" where she had time to be with herself and her mat. She quickly became addicted and was loving the results it gave her body, mind and life. She received her RYT - 200 hour teaching certification through the National Yoga Alliance and Yogaflow.


In her teaching she hopes to share her passion for Yoga and give students results for their mind, body and soul. Her classes are a blend of flow and power with a concentration on your breath, alignment and clearing your mind.
