The cowboy challenge
The Healthy Cowboy Challenge is an annual event at Coppell High School run by the Anatomy & Physiology classes at the High School. It is a 12 week commitment that pairs teachers with students to help the teachers lose weight and start having a healthier lifestyle. The teachers meet with the students on a weekly basis to discuss their exercise habits over the week as well as what they've eaten over the week. Through this website you can find different workout routines, recipes, and other information about general health.
Staying healthy
The key to staying healthy is having a good diet and attitude. The food you put in your body determines your energy level and how your brain processes. Most people believe that being healthy is being in good shape. There is a lot more to it. You have to be mentally fit and physically fit.
