Launching into week 3
You CrUsHeD week 2!
I think last week was the most challenging LIFE week to date. The word for the week was intensity, and you all came prepared and gave it 100%. Starting Tuesday, the training objective this week focuses on complexity and control of our movements. With these complex variables, our mind body connection will continue to improve. So thankful for my TRIBE!
Super Simple Recipe
Sticky Chicken
4-6 chicken breasts
2tsp Sea Salt
1 cup chicken or veggie broth (organic)
1tsp Paprika
3/4tsp Cayenne Pepper
½ tsp onion powder
¼ tsp pepper
¼ tsp garlic powder
(can play with spices and also add Turmeric)
Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl. Place frozen chicken breasts in crockpot. Pour broth over all. Pour spices over all. Cook on low 8 hours. Adjust timing if breasts are thawed. Before serving, remove breasts from crockpot, shred, and return to juices.
This can be served in countless ways….chicken wraps with avocado, lettuce, tomato etc. Serve stand-alone with sweet potatoes or whatever you like.
