2019-2020 Calendar: Click here for the updated calendar for 2019-2020. The one in last week's newsletter had an error. This is the final version.
Substitutes: The very few regular substitutes that we do have are not available as readily through the end of the year. If you know anyone who would be a good sub, have them complete an application and a CORI form to submit. Once the references are checked, the necessary forms for fingerprints will need to be done as well.
Reminders
AP Exams: Advanced Placement exams continue this week. Students are excused from their classes on the days that they are taking an exam.
- List of AP students & exams they are taking
- AP schedule and info (coverage, proctors, classroom changes) (if your room is being used for testing, please put a sign up on your door so your classes know where to go)
8th Grade STE MCAS May 15: 8th Grade Science MCAS is May 15. Groups and schedules are in the shared MCAS folder.
Daily Announcements May 6-17: During AP testing, announcements will happen right after the pledge each morning rather than during advisory.
Bells May 6-17: Bells will be turned off during AP testing. On most of these days, the bells will be off for the full day because there are two exams. On the days when there is only one exam, bells will be turned on when possible.
10th Grade Math MCAS May 21-22: 10th Grade Math MCAS is May 21-22. Senior STUC is planning an activities fair for the afternoon of May 21. More info will come from them soon, but each grade will be visiting the activities fair for a 20-30 minute chunk of time on that afternoon. Please note that the whole school has a different schedule on these two days (like 10th grade ELA MCAS back in March). All schedules and groups are in the shared folder.
- 10th Grade Math MCAS Groups
- May 21-22 Teacher Schedules (some significant changes since the last time this was sent out)

The Biology MCAS Field Test (computer-based) is June 6, only for 9th graders who are taking biology. Schedules and groups are in the shared folder. Please read the documents carefully because the rooms for June 4-5 are different than June 6.
