Make the World Better with a Sweater Campaign ~ 2018
'Tis the season for helping others and having fun! Lyncrest School is sponsoring our annual Make the World Better with a Holiday Sweater campaign, benefitting the Asthma and Allergy Foundation of America. It's wonderful to see our Lyncrest community "sweater up" and raise money for this cause. Please send your donation (cash or check made out to AAFA) and decorated sweater into school by 12/21.
If we raise over $300, Mrs. Diee will wear a wacky sweater created by the teachers on 12/21.
Thank you all for your kindness and generosity. Special thanks to Mr. Draney and Mrs. Chahine for organizing the event!

Here's a link to an article from NEA titled "Tips for Parents on Parent-Teacher Conferences."
In summary, here are the five tips to make your time together more meaningful:
- Come ready to listen
- Come with prepared questions
- Check in with your child
- Check up on your child’s work.
- Come ready to collaborate
