The Sun Rises in Hawaii on 12/7/41
The day that the Japanese took over control against the U.S.
What Happened At Pearl Harbor? Why Would The Japanese Do This?
This was all a surprise. The Japanese sent off 353 Japanese fighters, and they destroyed all eight of the U.S. Navy battleships, and sunk 4 of them. This was all very unexpected and shocked the American people. They decided to this to destroy any of the American fleet units therefore preventing any surprise fleets from the American soldiers interfering with plans from the Japanese. The Japanese soldiers used submarines and aircraft carriers to make known one of the most well known attacks in history, and also causing the U.S to declare war on Japan the next day, and also led America right into World War II.
