Distance Learning Updates
We want to THANK YOU for your hard work and partnership as we begin our third week of Distance Learning! This week is a 4-day work week as online school will be closed Friday, April 10th, to observe the Good Friday holiday.
We appreciate you taking time to help your child log into the Google Classroom, complete online learning activities, and sign into Zoom classrooms to allow your child to interact with their teacher and classmates.
We also want to thank you for participating in our weekly Virtual Spirit Week activities. We love seeing pics of our students and appreciate you sharing them with our school community. We will continue doing them each week to keep our students' school spirit strong as we continue our distance learning. Keep sharing those great pics or your child working on their online lessons too! We would love to showcase the great things they are doing.
Be on the lookout for this week's must-do list and enrichment activities from your child's teacher and of course reach out to your child's teacher if you have any questions or need any assistance in supporting your child. We encourage your to take advantage of the Zoom and Google Hangouts opportunities as much as you feel comfortable with, so your child can stay connected with their teacher and classmates.
Thank you again for everything you are doing at home. Your patience and flexibility in supporting your children while still managing home, work, and personal demands is appreciated more than you know!
We hope everyone has a safe and healthy week!
Sincerely,
Mrs. Southworth and Mrs. Barraza
