Beginner and experienced students welcome! Iyengar style yoga includes stretching and deep breathing for reducing tension and stress. Each class includes a variety of poses or “asanas”, including rejuvenating backbends and inversions with individualized adaptations for your unique strengths.
$8 donation suggested
Mats, blankets, belts, bolsters, chairs provided for maximum benefits.
