Three types of speed

instantaneous, constant, and average speed

Instantaneous Speed

the speed that an object is going at that particular moment

Constant speed

speed is not increasing or decreasing but remain consistent over time. It means that velocity is zero.
Above is a picture showing an example of constant speed, setting your cruise control is another example of constant speed

Average speed

The average speed of an object tells you the (average) rate at which it covers distance
