Barnes & Noble Bookfair is coming!!!!
As the holiday season approaches, so does the annual King Philip Middle School Barnes and Noble Book Fair. This year's event is Wednesday, December 7th from 10am-9pm. The book fair is great opportunity to do a little holiday shopping and a great way to raise funds for KP! Stay tuned for more details. . .

As parents, we love our kids so much we want to protect them, help them, and cultivate them into perfect, happy humans. Unfortunately, this overparenting has the opposite effect, leaving our kids unready for the world and life as adults.
My daughter turned 13 this week. I’m not sure how that happened. It seems like just yesterday I was carrying her on my hip, hunching down to kiss the top of her straw-colored hair.
ALLISONS JOURNEY: STAND UP TO CANCER 5k Fun Run/Walk -11/12
Local businesses and residents of West Hartford have joined together to host a fundraising fun run/walk on Saturday, Nov 12th at 11am at King Phillip Middle School for Allison.
Join the friends of Allison Terrones for a non-competitive, family friendly 5k Run/Walk that will wind around the campus of King Phillip Middle School. Registration is $30 online https://www.signmeup.com/117365. Register by Oct. 31st & receive a t-shirt.
