Paul Panaikas has been serving as a Resilience Coordinator at Joint Force Headquarters since 2010. He is proficient in using Excel, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint. Owing to his commitment towards his job and responsibilities, he has received a multitude of awards, including Army Physical Fitness Badge, Commandant's List, and the NCO of the year. Presently, he is attending classes to obtain a Master's degree from Liberty University. In July 1994, he completed his diploma for an X- Ray specialist from the Academy of Health Sciences in San Antonio. In December 1997, he received his Associates degree from Fisher College in Boston, Massachusetts.
Then, Paul Panaikas enrolled in Army Education Center, Ft. Jackson to pursue his diploma in Account Management that he finished in October 2007. In July 2008, he joined Fisher College, Boston, MA to receive his Bachelor's degree in Business Management. As he is associated with Joint Force Headquarters since many years, and has always tried to do something significant for the society, thus, he completed a Diploma for Master Resilience Trainer in October 2010 from U Penn/ Army Education Center, Ft. Jackson, SC. He received this diploma, to learn more about this field and can offer exceptional services. His career objective as a Resilience Coordinator is to help soldiers, families and exceed the set goals by using his professional skills, leadership experience, as well as interpersonal skills. He is dedicated to assisting soldiers, their families, and units decreasing not only risky behaviors, but suicides, as well.
Paul's qualifications include Master Resilience Trainer, Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Trainer Certified, Unit prevention Leader certified, and Senior Management HIPAA certified. He has also worked as Joint Plans and Operations NCO, and has significant values of excellence, honesty, integrity, and leadership. While working as a Resilience Coordinator, Paul Panaikas is responsible for arranging, coordinating, and conducting Resilience training for Master Resilience Trainers, soldiers, and Resilience Trainer Assistants. He suggests, develops, coordinates, and disseminates policies for the Army National Guard administration as well as management to include doctrinal development. He serves as a subject matter specialist on resilience, communication information through the chain of command. He actively participates on health promotion task forces for the Resilience Campaign Plan.
Paul Panaikas manages and tracks resiliency briefings as well as training of subordinate units. He incorporates and monitors production rates against annual missions along with end strength needs. He also serves as a Defense Travel Administrator for unit personnel.
