Keep Calm and Carry On Group Sessions
Keep Calm and Carry On is a small group of 9th and 10th grade students who met together with Rachel Cox, our School Counseling intern, for three sessions and worked through topics such as stress and anxiety prevalence and management. They spent time realizing and processing the amount of stress in their lives and learning healthy ways to cope with that stress. By learning these things, their socio-emotional well-being will be enhanced, leading to better outcomes in academic and social areas as well.
