How To Get Started
- Step One - Call MTRPM at 305-423-0435 for a current vacancy list and schedule showings for any available homes that meet your needs and desires.
- Step Two - Once you've found a unit you love, visit https://mtrpm.quickleasepro.com to apply for the property and secure it. Our entire tenant screening department is then at your disposal to make this yet another hassle-free step toward putting you in a quality home that’s affordable too.
- Step Three - After completing the rental application process and being qualified, we’ll schedule a date for you to move-in.
Application FAQ's
- How do I apply for an MTRPM home? Apply at https://mtrpm.quickleasepro.com. Every occupant (18 years of age or older) must complete an online rental application and pay a non-refundable application fee of $45.00. Application fees must be paid in advance by debit or credit card after completing the online rental application. Incomplete rental applications will not be processed.
- What factors does MTRPM review to qualify an applicant? Since MTRPM is not a credit-dependent program, income qualification is the single largest factor for obtaining your new MTRPM home. To qualify, we first calculate your total gross household monthly income. All income stated on your rental application must verifiable (income documents are required). The gross monthly household income is divided into the household monthly obligations (debts to creditors current and owing) including the new rental rate to determine the RCR (Rent Coverage Ratio). The maximum acceptable RCR score is 35%. We will accept 40% RCR in cases where 2 years of stable employment can be proven.
- How long does the tenant screening process take? We are committed to our goal of approving all qualified applicants within 72 hours. In order to achieve this goal, we need all of your income documents within 24 hours of completing your online rental application. Income documents can be given directly to a Leasing Agent, faxed to 305-423-0435 or emailed to applications@mtrpm.com.
