Warm Fuzzy Service Project
It's JG's 5th Annual Warm Fuzzy time! This is our school-wide service project that promotes kindness in our school community as well as raises funds for the "Mended Little Hearts" foundation - http://www.mendedlittlehearts.org. This organization helps families who have a child with congenital heart defects. One of the resources they offer families while they are in the hospital is a "Bravery Bag".
The Warm Fuzzy grams will be on sale Monday, Feb. 8-Thursday, Feb. 11 from 8:45-9:15 in the lobby. Students can write a kind message to go with their warm fuzzy critter. They are $.50 a piece and will be delivered on Friday, Feb. 12. Thanks for supporting this special way to encourage kindness! If you have any questions, you may contact Aimee Allen, school counselor, at 881-4909 or email@example.com.
Also, don't forget to come out to United Skates Thursday, Feb. 11 6-8:30 for our school spirit night. It is a $5.00 admission which includes skate rental. The proceeds go to our Warm Fuzzy fund.
