Learnstorm Success

Great work team!! Reavis was recognized by the network for the greatest increase in student enrollment numbers and usage on Kahn Academy. Thank you to Ms. Kim, Ms. Patel, and Mrs. Terry for facilitating this process for Reavis. It is always great to be recognized for something positive.

'"Congratulations to Reavis for having the largest increase in student enrollment numbers! Also congratulations to Reavis for topping the leader board for Mastery and Hustle."

NWEA Progress Monitoring

NWEA Progress Monitoring will take place on Tuesday, March 22, 2016 and Wednesday, March 23, 2016. Students will engage in the Reading Test on Tuesday and the Math Test on Wednesday. Create the testing session as usual and select the Reading Survey Test on Tuesday and the Math Survey Test on Wednesday. Please create the testing sessions prior to the day of testing. Refer any technical difficulties to Mrs. Robin Vaughn.

Attendance

Teachers please submit your attendance daily by 9:30 a.m. The network receives a daily report detailing who submits attendance and what time the attendance is submitted. This is part of your professional responsibility and will be reflected in your final evaluation.

Kudos to room 211 for achieving 100% attendance during the week of 2/14/16. The 211 students will receive a bonus gym or art on Friday, April 15, 2016 at 9:00 a.m.

Classroom Management

Teachers please follow the Reavis Discipline Plan and buzz the office when a student causes a serious disruption in the classroom. Please refrain from trying to restrain students or "bring them to the office using force." If you have questions about this please see Principal King, Counselor Vaughn, or Mr. Minkens.
