Tutoring Update
Information for TCLAS Tutoring Plans
First Rubric Submission Window: October 24th to November 11th
There are four submissions for the TCLAS Decision 6 Fidelity of Implementation Rubric. Again, this is a resource for TEA for self evaluation for each district in their tutoring program. While completion of this rubric is required, this tool is not for agency compliance. Ratings on this rubric do not affect grant status or funding amounts.
Remember to leave room for growth, as this initiative continues over four total submissions (twice annually).
Rubrics will be submitted via email to Ashley Nelson anelson@esc17.net. I am happy to meet with you one on one to answer any questions.
Rubric Submission Work Session
On October 27th, I have reserved a room for those that want to work on and submit your rubrics here at ESC 17. This is not required, only an option for those that would like to work on this together. Please register to attend this session.
TEA Video on Completing the FOI Rubric This short video shows how to complete the Fidelity of Implementation (FOI) rubric. | Fidelity of Implementation (FOI) Rubric FAQ This document will help answer some of your questions. | HB4545 FAQ The content has not changed, but there has been some updates to the organization of the document. |
