My Home Security Adventure: An ADT Review
When we moved into our home, we knew that we would need some type of security. Since we live near the highway, we have many people show up all hours of the night because their cars have broken down and they don't have a phone. While I don't mind helping someone, I want to make sure that my home is secure since I don't know any of these people.
When we first started thinking about home security, we didn't really have any idea of which company to go with. The only company that we actually knew of was ADT. You see their signs everywhere. Since it seemed like a lot of homes had the ADT sticker, we decided that it was worth checking out. I'm going to be writing about three ADT reviews which will include customer support, installation, and follow up.
When dealing with customer service, we were trying to decide on the best system for us. The customer support was a bit pushy and continuously tried to get us to agree to the installation. We still ended up being able to ask adt review many questions and get great answers. We decided to move forward with the installation.
During installation, the installers kept asking us if we had any questions. I feel like this was great because it truly seemed like they wanted us to understand our system. The installers arrived within the time frame that was given to us.
After the installers left, we used our security for a few days. During those few days, I thought of some questions that I needed to ask. I called the customer service line and had all of my questions thoroughly answered.
For my ADT review, I would give the company an eight out of 10. While the installers and second customer service rep were great, the first customer service rep was quite pushy. It is their job to make a sale so I can see why they do this. Had the rep been less obvious about making a sale, I would have an ADT review of 10 out of 10 stars.
