Buy A Baking Club Cookbook and Support A Great Cause!

We also heard a presentation from the Shepard Baking Club, which has had a tremendously successful year! We were thankful to have Mrs. Bonar and Mr. Kuo from the board join our young bakers who led them through a demo.

The Baking Club is selling a beautiful spiral bound cookbook featuring over 50 recipes from the Shepard staff! All of the profits will be donated to the Deerfield West Township Food Pantry in the memory of our dear colleague and friend, Andi Rosenthal, who served as Shepard’s beloved nurse for decades. Wilmot Welcomes Back A Hollywood Star!

Actress Marlee Matlin, who attended Wilmot for several years, visited about two weeks ago with a film crew producing an upcoming documentary about her life. She appeared in one her very first theatrical productions on the Wilmot stage! We were proud of our 5th grade leaders for giving her a tour and being excellent hosts! Check out pictures on the Wilmot Facebook page.
