During Lent, Stations of the Cross happens every Thursday in the gym right after Morning Prayer. All parents are welcomed to join us.

St. George Catholic School is NOW ENROLLING Students for the 2016-2017 School Year

Registration information for the 2016-2017 has been sent home. Make sure you register during the Early Bird period to take advantage of lower registration fee and tuition.

ONLINE ENROLLMENT ASSISTANCE-FEBRUARY 15TH 6 PM - 7PM IN THE SCHOOL'S MEDIA CENTER

The school will be opened, Monday, February 15th, 6 pm - 7 pm to help parents enroll their child for the 2016-2017 school year. Bring necessary documents, to scan and upload to RenWeb. Park in the gym parking lot and enter through the gym doors.

SPRING GALA MEETING-WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 17TH, 6:30 PM - 7:30 PM IN THE SAMS ROOM

The school's next major fundraiser is the Spring Gala on April 8th at Lisa's Ballroom off I35 & N. 28th Street. Your help is needed in planning this event. The next meeting is Wednesday, February 17th, 6:30 pm - 7:30pm in the SAMS room. Room parents should plan on attending to get more information of their Spring Gala duties.


Parent Expectations

Parents are required to sell 16 raffle tickets at $5.00 per ticket and to either sell or purchase two event tickets at $40.00 each.


Donate $10 or an item towards the classroom basket.


Spring Gala Wish List-These items are not required,but would be appreciated to help with the success of the event!


  • Sell 2 extra event tickets
  • Sell 10 additional raffle tickets
  • Donate a gift card valued at $20 or more
  • Donate a gift basket of any value for the silent auction
  • Donate an item for the live auction. i.e. golf package, hotel package, airline tickets, jewelry.
  • Donate bottle(s) of wine for the event

Help is Needed in the Concession Stand!

Volunteers are needed to work in the concessions on February 27th. Call the office if you are able to volunteer 1 or 2 hours.

NEED VOLUNTEER HOURS!!!

Good Shepherd parishioners are doing a service project for St. George and painting the teacher's workroom, girl's front restroom, and the boy's front restroom partitions. On Thursday, March 3rd, 5 pm - 7 pm, St. George needs volunteers to help clear the teacher's workroom and prep it for painting.


On Saturday, March 5th, 9 am - noon, a team of 8 Good Shepherd parishioners will begin their paint project. St. George parents are needed to help with this project, along with serving breakfast and lunch to the workers. Contact the school office if you are able to help.

Soccer Shots is back and so is Coach Vincent! Click on the link above to sign up for the sessions which are held on Wednesdays, March 2nd - April 27th. The Fall session was so successful that a new age group has been added this season. Age groups are 3-5 & 6-8.


Soccer Shots is a nationally recognized program that offers a high energy, fun and age-appropriate introduction to the wonderful game of soccer. In addition to soccer, Soccer Shots works on improving children's gross motor skills and teaching children important concepts such as teamwork, sharing, and respect. Soccer Shots has instructors that are enthusiastic and passionate about working with kids and has one simple goal: to leave a lasting impact on every child they serve!
