Friday, March 10th is a half day with dismissal at 11:10. Staff will be available after dismissal on Friday, March 10th for parent conferences. Use the links in the spreadsheet to find availability for the teachers you would like to meet with. Conferences can be either in person or via google meet.

Next week there are two great opportunities to hear more about the budget process and challenges facing the district. Tuesday, March 7th at 6pm the PRSD School Committee will be meeting at the Middle High School and will be discussing the budget which will lead to a vote on the budget for FY 24. On Wednesday, March 8th a Joint meeting of Groveland, West Newbury, and Merrimac's Board of Selectman and Finance Committees will be held at 6pm, also at the Middle-High School. Both meetings will included detailed discussions regarding the budget challenges facing Pentucket for next year. Beginning March 6th driveway construction will require us to adjust the traffic pattern at school during the hours of 8am to 1:30pm. Before and after those times the driveway will function the way it has all year. After 8am the driveway will be closed and all traffic entering and exiting campus will do so at the Farm Lane side entrance/exit (see the picture of campus). At the end of the school day the driveway will be re-opened for dismissal and will stay open until 8am the following day.

• 3/10/2023 thru 3/15/2023- Elective Course Registration Portal opens.
• The portal will close on 3/15/2023 at 3:00 P.M..

Throughout the month of March we will focus on Self Harm/Suicide Prevention Awareness. In April we will focus on Autism Awareness. Please be on the look out for new resources located on the the Middle School Student Services Resources webpage.

Pentucket NHS Drive to Support YWCA Northeastern Mass

Dates: March 8 - April 5

Collection Locations: PRMHS (Outside Main Office or Student Services), West Newbury, Groveland, and Merrimac Public Libraries
